Terms, Conditions & Delivery Policy
Please read these terms carefully before you use SparkTraffic services. By using SparkTraffic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the services.

SparkTraffic will provide various digital services as described on the website. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the campaign.
Acceptable use
SparkTraffic is an advertising service. You may use it to show your website to people on partner publisher sites and to measure how they respond. You may not use it to:
- send visits to pages that show pay-per-click or pay-per-impression ads, or to any page where visits or clicks earn you money from a third party;
- make a website's audience, engagement or popularity look bigger to investors, buyers, advertisers, sponsors or marketplaces;
- simulate searches, clicks on search results, map directions, reviews, ratings, followers or any other user activity on third-party platforms;
- resell visits or present them to anyone as organic, direct or unpaid traffic;
- promote illegal content, malware, phishing, scams or get-rich-quick offers, or hide the final page behind redirects or link shorteners.
We review every landing page before delivery starts. We may stop a campaign that breaks these rules and refund unused credits as described in our Refund Policy.
Clients must acknowledge the following with respect to the services:
Product Delivery
Clients will receive email notifications regarding campaign updates, including when ads begin serving, when spending limits are approached, and when campaigns conclude.
NDA, Non Disclosure Agreement
SparkTraffic does not sign individual NDAs for every agency or client that wishes to use our services; however, as part of the terms of our service, you can be sure that we treat every client with full Non-Disclosure respect.
The Recipient (SparkTraffic) undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party (You) for any purpose except the Purpose without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party.
We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party except to your company’s employees [and professional advisers] who need to know the same for the purpose.
Emails
By joining, you agree to receive emails from SparkTraffic, which could be in the form of order notifications, system updates, new services, offers or educational material.
Disputes
All Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Spain have the exclusive jurisdiction to:
- Determine any dispute
- Grant interim remedies
- Grant any other provisional or protective relief
